2. No Guarantee of Results

However, individual responses to the content may vary.

Calm Skies does not guarantee that use of the Service will eliminate or reduce fear of flying, anxiety, or any related symptoms.

The Service is intended as a supportive informational tool and should not be relied upon as a treatment or cure for any psychological condition.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use Calm Skies.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of Calm Skies require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are processed securely through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's payment terms.

When purchasing a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings

Calm Skies does not directly process or store payment information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the app
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the Service
• Attempt to access systems or data not intended for users

All content within Calm Skies is protected by intellectual property laws.
